Registration fees for well respected buying agents can range between £500 and £2000. The larger registration fees tend to be charged by large property search companies with nationally coverage.

Commission On Final Purchase

Upon completion of a purchase, it’s standard for commission to be payable ranging between 1.5 and 2.5% of the total purchase price depending on the company.

It’s advisable to find out about all charges in advance, including any travel costs an agent might charge.
