Q. How are your fees charged?

We charge an initial deposit, and once a property has been found and contracts exchanged, we then charge 1.5% of the purchase price. All fees are subject to VAT.

Q. What if after paying the registration fee, I decide not to move after all?

This occasionally, but rarely, happens. We make it clear from the outset that the initial deposit is for expenses and is non-refundable. It is imperative, therefore, that you are totally committed to the whole process before making a decision.

Q. Do you know of properties that are not advertised or with estate agents?

Yes, we often are approached by sellers who let us know there property is available should it fit the requirements of our clients. This enables us to introduce more properties to you that you would not know about or available on the open market.

Q. How long does the registration fee last?

Normally for a period of 6 months after which the matter is reviewed.
