Our Fee Structure

We have a simple fee structure and contract agreement with our clients:

We charge a Registration Fee upon accepting the instruction to act on your behalf.

This fee is non returnable but is deducted from the final fee

The initial search period is for six months. This may be extended upon discussion

We charge a commission based upon a percentage of the purchase price which becomes due upon legal exchange of contracts.
