The very nature of the new development in and around Nine Elms means the development of quality hotels has not yet followed suit, so we would recommend staying just that little further afield and using the excellent public transport links to get there. Not too far away and highly recommended are The Langham (www.langhamhotels.com), renowned for its long history of excellent service or The Chelsea Bridge Hotel & Spa (www.galahotels.com), a modern place with a contemporary touch. If you do need to stay very local to Nine Elms, then the Holiday Inn Express (www.holidayinnexpress.com) does what it says on the tin for the brand.

Choki Dhani (www.chokhidhani.co.uk) is an amazing dining experience, presenting the sights and smells of authentic Rajasthani cooking in opulent surroundings. Best school in Nine Elms
With origins back to the 12th century as an educational establishment, Westminster School (www.westminster.org.uk) has a proud and much-deserved reputation for educating boys from 12 to 19. More House School (www.morehouse.org.uk) is a Catholic school for girls only which is well regarded.

Tech giant Apple has left its city centre HQ behind and moved to Battersea Power Station in another sign of how Nine Elms is developing as the place to be located. The new Covent Garden is also situated locally.
