Andrew Cronan

They say 'variety is the spice of life' and the UK offers the greatest range of architectural styles and variants of homes and this variety is what initially drew Andrew to the residential property industry. However it is working with clients and professionals with regard to these wonderful properties and making them homes which keeps Andrew hooked - even when its 30 years since beginning his career.

Andrew spent 21 years with Savills, 17 years in Bath (15 as head of the office) where he became a Director, before moving back to Buckinghamshire to run the Beaconsfield office for 4 years. In 2017 Andrew joined the Strutt and Parker Country House Department, covering the South West country House market and this developed into once again concentrating on the prime residential market in Bath, Somerset, north and west Wiltshire and west Gloucestershire. Andrew has built up a first class knowledge of these areas having undertaken a great many prime property transaction during his period as a selling agent.

Andrew and Violet his wife have lived in the Bath area for 26 years. Having moved from the small farm which was their first home, they now live in Beckington, a village to the south of Bath. Relaxation is  gardening, foraging, walking and keeping their 1960's Land Rover on the road for logs and dogs.
