Where we are complying with our obligations under anti-money laundering regulations or proof of funds, or making or receiving payments. We will hold this data securely and delete it as soon as we no longer need it;

Marketing and Communications Data

How you wish to receive marketing from us and how you want us to communicate with you;

Sensitive Data

We are required to collect a copy of your photographic ID as part of our legal obligations. We will hold this data securely and delete it as soon as we no longer need it.

Can I Withhold My Data From You?

Some of our IT systems used cloud-based storage which is based in the USA and has the UK extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework in place (formerly the US Privacy Shield).

How Do You Keep My Information Securely?

We ensure that all our third party suppliers have all necessary data protection safeguards in place, and all information on our cloud servers is encrypted.

When you complete our Terms of Business form, this is saved to our secure Client Management System and only passed on to a company in connection with a future property purchase for you with your consent.

We try and keep our office as paperless as possible, but where we need to printout items, we keep them secure at all times and securely shred them when they are no longer needed.
